We invite you to a meeting to get acquainted with your expectations and requirements for the future home. Regardless of whether you have already chosen a project, or you want to adapt the finished project, or you are interested in developing an individual project – in any case, our designers and architects will provide you with all professional assistance. We can also advise you on choosing the right plot. After determining the initial concept, we will prepare a detailed cost estimate.
Based on the arrangements included in the contract, we prepare a digital model of your home, representing the dimensions of the structure up to a tenth of a millimeter. We can also deal with the development of design documentation necessary to obtain a building permit.
After your approval of the project, we begin the production of prefabricated elements (walls, ceiling, roof, etc.). We work in an efficiently organized team, cooperating with selected production plants, using modern machinery and high-quality STEICO materials. Structural elements prepared in this way guarantee quick and reliable assembly.
At the same time, we are starting work on the construction plot – we make the foundation slab, as well as additional activities indicated in the scope of the contract: hardening the site and the access road, collecting humus, preparing the construction site. Each of these works can be conducted by Linked House or you can choose to do them on your own.
A crane enters the construction site: we place the walls on the foundation slab, install the ceiling and roof, and begin to prepare the building for plastering on the facade. After 2 weeks, the house is “ready from the outside” (incl. the facade, windows, entrance door) and is fully protected against weather conditions.
The next stage of construction includes installation of attic insulation, electrical installation, water and sewage, installation of mechanical ventilation with recuperation, installation of plasterboards, installation of a heat pump and underfloor heating pipes. Linked House is prepared to do all of these activities for you. We can also deliver ecological installations such as photovoltaic panels, gray and rainwater recovery, or smart home installations.
The last stage is finishing works: concrete screeds, filling and sanding plasterboard joints, priming and painting walls and ceilings, covering the facade with decorative plaster or making a wooden facade, as well as wooden terraces. We can also design and prepare ecological interiors for you.
The prefab house is manufactured inside the production hall. The creation of walls and ceilings is therefore independent of weather conditions, and is also thought out to minimize the duration of the assembly process at the construction site.
Assembling the house is quick. It does not harm the environment or the neighbors. It only takes 2 weeks to assemble the house. It is possible at any time of the year.
