We rely on one of the most durable construction materials in the world. Certified solutions for structural elements of STEICO walls, floors and roofs meet all standards and requirements of both Polish and European construction standards. The use of a wooden structure made of LVL glued timber, which is characterized by greater strength than steel, as well as I-beams filled with wood wool, and the use of an external ventilated facade allows us to achieve excellent insulation coefficients. This reduces heating costs in winter, while providing thermal comfort in hot weather (reducing the need to use air conditioning to a minimum).
The wood for the production of STEICO materials comes from forests operated according to strict FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) or PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) standards; in short – from forests managed according to the Principles of Good Forest Management. What’s more, STEICO production plants use a closed water circuit and environmentally friendly waste disposal.
Depending on individual preferences, you can choose one of several energy efficiency standards for our buildings (defining the structure of the walls and roof of the building).
